Is the program compatible with our system?

RES is capable of reading your listings over a dozen different data sources. Oracle, Sql Server, MySql and Access are the most commonly used types of databases. Others can easily be exported to file formats such as text, csv or xml.

Can the Feeds be created from my IDX?

The structure and information found in an IDX feed varies from one region to the next. In most cases they are formatted as comma delimited text, tab delimited text, pipe delimited text, CSV, Excel spreadsheet, and sometimes XML. All of which can be read by the software. Your IDX can be used as a data source provided that it meets all the requirements of the Field Specs.

Is there a recurring monthly fee?

There are no monthly fees. Our software is a one time purchase that includes options for both upgrades and maintenance.

How much does the software cost?

Our goal is to make syndication affordable for everyone. Pricing for licensing starts at $250 USD and can be purchased according to each syndication module, or by the number of listings you want to syndicate. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

Do you syndicate to Craigslist?

Despite what some advertisements may claim, Craigslist only accepts listings that are entered by hand and does not provide a method for syndication. If, one day in the future, they should decide to change this policy, ARTIS will add them to the software.

If a syndicate is not available, can I have it added?

Absolutely. Please contact us if there is a feed you would like to have added.

Do you offer a web based service for me to hand enter my listings?

No. There are already dozens of sites providing this type of service to individual agents with a small number of listings. Our focus is upon providing a more cost effective solution to those wanting to syndicate 100 listings or more.

Can I use your software if my site is hosted by a 3rd party such as GoDaddy.com?

Yes, but it will depend upon serval factors such as security access, the type of hosting and the company policies of your 3rd party provider. Please contact us for help with your situation.

Can I use your software to resell syndication to my customers or agents?
